Hands of Harmony
The First Congregational Church is home to The Hands of Harmony an active handbell choir featuring 4 octaves of Malmark handbells and handchimes. The bell choir participates in worship services on the 3rd Sunday September through May, Christmas Eve and other special services as they occur. The choir has also participated in occassional community events, the annual Lansing Area Spring Ring, and the Area V festivals. Rehearsals are held on Wednesday nights from 7–8 PM and start in early September and go through mid-May. Children’s Choir “Halleluiah Choir”
Hay kids! If you are age 4 through 5th grade, Children’s Choir is for you! Come and join Rachael Short and Mrs. Denise Palmer for practice on Sunday mornings (September through May) at 9:30 a.m. in the Choir Room. You will have a great time singing and learning new songs. Plus, some of the familiar Sunday School songs. The Halleluiah Choir present their songs on the 4th Sunday of the month during the Worship Service.
